Flight school scheduling and management software
Plane Simple Schedule is the scheduling and management system used by Monroe Aviation & Canton Horizon Flight School. Students, renters, and instructors use it to book aircraft and instructors, follow their training progress, and manage their account. Staff use it to dispatch flights, track aircraft maintenance, and handle billing.

Reserve aircraft and instructors, see the live dispatch board, and check flights out and back in.
Flight training records
Track lessons, maneuver grades, exams, endorsements, and required documents through each course.
Maintenance tracking
Monitor inspection status and hours remaining, report and resolve squawks, and manage work orders.
Billing & accounts
Itemized invoices from completed flights, account balances, statements, and online payment.
Why we request access to your Google account
Plane Simple Schedule offers two optional Google integrations. Both are entirely opt-in, neither is required to use the software, and we request the minimum access each one needs.
Sign in with Google
What we request: your basic profile and email address. Why: to identify which existing account in this application is yours, so you can sign in without a separate password. We do not use your email address for marketing.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Reservations reach your calendar through a private subscribe link, which works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook and requires no access to your Google account at all. We do not read, write to, or hold any credential for anybody's calendar.
Who this is for
Accounts are issued by the flight school to its students, renters, instructors, mechanics, and staff. This is not a public sign-up service — new students can request an account, which a member of staff reviews and approves. Plane Simple Schedule is operated by Monroe Aviation & Canton Horizon Flight School.
